sundy SALON- reading at INTERZONE

Currently workding on finishing up The Kite Runner, it has been a trip- a whole world of emotions and explosions. I am reading it right now, at a coffee shop in corvallis, oregon: interzone. It is a place I like to be. I am at the spot in the book where Amir is headed back into Afganistan for the kid- hope this doesn't spoil the book for ya, but things are intense right now.

I think I am the last person in our sweet world to read this book, maybe not....but I know that I should be, so far this is a five star earner....we'll see how it goes from here, but there are only 140 pages left. Have you read it? The Kite Runner? Did you like it? I'll have my review up probably monday, so if you did read and review it give me your link so I can link to you.

Sorry that I can't chat for long, I really want to get back to my book...

Maybe I'll touch base later....what are you reading that you can't put down?

You're not the last. I haven't read it, but plan to with my daughter for home schooling this coming year. And I am so looking forward to it.

Don't worry, you aren't the last one to read this book. I still haven't. =} Sounds like a nice place to read there!

What a great pic! Yea, the Kite Runner was an intense book wasn't it? I remember reading parts of it while at the bookstore and one part in particular almost had me in tears. I had to run out of the bookstore :)
