Hey all, maybe you didn't miss it and just are not into cooking, but I thought it would be fun to do this cookbook giveaway in a different way. I love getting treasured recipes from people, and even though you are bookies I am guessing some of you like to eat food too!
To be entered into my giveaway for Katie Brown Celebrates (an amazing cookbook and entertaining book by the way) just post a recipe on your blog and then post a link on either this post or on the review post. I would love your favourite recipe of all time! It can be cookies, fudge, main dish, candy, playdough, a special drink....a recipe that is all. If you got it from a cookbook let us all know which one!Oh, and yes I do want the recipe...meaning the whole thing written on your blogs, that way we can all enjoy your favourite, scrumptious food. Ohhhhh I am hungry!
I have 5 copies of Katie Brown Celebrates to give you you my buddies, so post your favourite recipe and comment me the link to it!!! I can't wait to see what you all enjoy.
You have through the 19th, that is a week from today. If you really want to have tons of good recipes, than post yours really early and give publicity so all your friends will join in! (completely up to you though).
Sorry, the publisher can only ship in the US and to a non-PO box address. (sorry)

Does my Christmas-y medieval recipe count? Cause I'd love to enter this giveaway!
Well, I have a (neglected) cooking blog, so I chose a recipe I've posted there ... http://fikafood.wordpress.com/2007/11/14/maple-scones-and-clotted-cream/
Mine will post tomorrow morning, too. Chile corn custard AND Mexican Chocolate Loaf Cake (well, a link to the recipe).
suey- yes!!! make sure to leave a link for me though! :) YUM!
Michele- Yep if it is a recipe it will do. However if you are feeling like sharing one of your favourites, I'd love that! :)
wordlilly- I will go check that out! I wanted to have a cooking blog for a long time, I knew mine would be neglected though so I didn't do it.
softdrink- oh.my.goodness! that sounds so incredibly yummmmm!Make sure to give me the links so I can compile them all!
I do love to cook and eat. However, my recipes all come from other blogs and cookbooks from which I am not sure I have permission to post the whole recipe. Here is a blog post with links to some of my favorite soup recipes from the web: http://beastmomma.squarespace.com/life-from-the-belly-of-the-bea/soup-er-recall.html
Well I am SO not a cook, but I did make something recently that actually tasted good. :) Here it is: http://heatherlo.wordpress.com/2008/12/13/holiday-recipe/
